I’m sure there is some sort of copyright or trademark infringement and I don’t want to be sued so yeah Home of the Better Burger!
Who else just loves 90’s nostalgia Nickelodeon? I mean Kenan and Kel, The Original All That, Rugrats, Ahh Real Monsters those were my jams but for some reason other than Kenan and Kel I cannot get my kids into it, they think the idea of the Rugrats is creepy like what? But they do love the Good Burger Movie and will watch it on repeat.
This recipe is yet again using my newly discovered and current favorite seasoning Fiesta Brand Uncle Chris Gourmet Steak Seasoning and again this is not a steak recipe so yeah despite the name being specific the seasoning itself is pretty darn versatile.
I by nature am a creature of habit, I get up at the same time, I do my makeup the same way, go to the same job and cook the same meals…However with great spices like this one it changes up my boring mundane chicken or plain Jane burgers or the same tuna fish salad everyone makes. Having a few quality must have seasonings at your disposal makes a huge difference with very little effort in your meals.
I hope you enjoy these burgers as much as my family did, if you make them be sure to send me a DM on Instagram and you might be featured on my Instagram!
As Always Remember to Wash Your Hands, Wear A Mask and Make Good Choices!!
The Better Butter Burger
4 Hamburger Patties
Salt
Pepper
Uncle Chris Steak Seasoning (or your preferred steak seasoning, We also like the McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning)
4 Tbs Butter
Onion Buns ( Or any hamburger bun of choice)
Lettuce
Tomato
Red Onions
Pickles
Mayo
Cheese (We like to use Colby Jack but use whatever cheese you like best or what’s on sale)
Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on your burger patties
Use a small amount of butter spread on both sides of the patty
Season your patties well and thoroughly with Uncle Chris Steak Seasoning
Heat up frying pan with ½ tbsp of butter
Depending on size of your pan place 2-4 patties and cook until they become a nice brown flavor, a little bit of char on the edges is perfectly ok
Remove from pan once cooked and place on paper towel to drain excess grease top with cheese of choice
Once cheese has melted slightly add to burger bun and top with veggies of your choice- I like Lettuce Tomato, Onion, Pickles and Mayo as where Mr. Wilson is a Plain and Dry Meat and Cheese only kinda guy...so are the little Wilson Men in training.
Serve With French Fries or Potato Chips!
