Chili Chili Chili Con Queso

Mr. Wilson’s Easy Game Day Chili Queso

Superbowl was last weekend so normally it means lots of different snacks and dips and yummy finger foods but…..we are still in a pandemic so very low key holiday weekend for us(Yes for us Football is sacred and therefore Superbowl Sunday is absolutely a holiday)

We chilled most of the day watching NFL Network Pre Game Show and the boys played video games and basketball outside, I did some meal prepping (more on that in another blog post) and ordered pizza and Pepperoni Rolls from Double Dave’s and sat down to enjoy the rest of the day.

My oldest comes in from playing basketball and is unimpressed with just having pizza for Superbowl Sunday so super dad to the rescue with his household famous Chili Queso, its honestly so simple to make you might have the stuff on hand if not its really inexpensive to recreate.

Hope this helps for the next time you have an unexpected guest arrive and you need a quick snack to serve or if you need to bring a dish to the next family potluck.
