A Well Seasoned Gal, not too Spicy but Not Bland Either- Lightly Fried Chicken Breast

Updated: Jul 6, 2021

So those who know me know I am a well seasoned kinda girl, not quite spicy but enough flavor to knock you back a few steps and I replicate that in most of my recipes.

As always convenience and price is the name of the game and this thin well seasoned chicken breast with a light coating of flour to throw in a frying pan of oil hits every one of my must have meal checklist.

It can be paired with rice, potatoes, and veggies- served in a Tortilla or on top of a salad or by itself

According to Mr. Wilson this chicken recipe is the kind of chicken that makes you never want to get Take out Chicken again.

Honestly there are very few Fiesta Brand Seasonings I don’t like, the quality is always great, the price is on point and they taste so good and pair with anything you can really think of, Go check them out you won’t be disappointed.

I hope you enjoy, let me know if you give this recipe a whirl send me pictures or reviews on here or an Instagram to be featured!

Uncle Chris Fried Chicken Recipe

4 Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts

Fiesta Brand Uncle Chris Gourmet Steak Seasoning ( We also like the McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning)

Heat Frying pan with 1-2 inches of oil

Season your Chicken (You can skip this step if you have an HEB near you they sell pre-seasoned Chicken Breasts with Uncle Chris Seasoning on them)

Lightly coat both side in flour

Fry Chicken breasts evenly on both sides until they become a nice golden color- Place on a dry paper towel to soak up any excess oil

Serve with Mashed Potatoes and Corn on the cob for that after church on Sunday Family Meal Feeling.
